1. Who we are
VolTix (“VolTix”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Oli Armstrong from Queensland, Australia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VolTix. Contact: oarmstrong494@gmail.com.
2. The service
VolTix is a web-based dashboard providing options-flow analytics, exposure metrics, volatility analysis, regime classification, and AI-generated market-structure commentary, for educational and informational purposes only. See our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- VolTix is offered on a subscription basis: USD $39 per month or USD $390 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods. A discounted founding rate is offered to a limited number of subscribers; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, and where that rate is described as held for the life of the subscription, the promotional-pricing provision below governs how long it is held.
- Subscribing starts your subscription immediately. Your payment method is charged the applicable fee at checkout and access begins straight away. The checkout page states the amount and the date before you confirm. There is no free trial and no trial period.
- Trials already in progress. If your subscription was opened while VolTix offered a free trial and that trial is still running, it stands on the terms you accepted at the time: it runs to the end of the period you were shown, and unless you cancel first it then converts and your payment method is charged the applicable fee. We are not shortening or removing a trial already under way.
- Some subscriptions are opened under a promotional rate or a discount code. Where a promotion is time-limited, the subscription converts to the standard recurring fee at the end of the promotional period unless cancelled. Where a rate is described as held for the life of the subscription, it applies for as long as that subscription remains continuously active; cancelling and re-subscribing does not carry it over. The exact discount and its duration are shown on your invoice and in the billing portal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- No refunds. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law, fees are non-refundable once charged — that is, the initial charge when you subscribe, the conversion of any trial still in progress, and every renewal after it. You will retain access for the remainder of any period already paid.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish VolTix data or outputs without permission; share your account; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models; use the service unlawfully; or interfere with the service’s operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
VolTix, its software, design, content and analytics are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, internal purposes during your subscription. Market data remains the property of its respective providers.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VolTix. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
