1. Who we are
VolTix (“VolTix”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Oli Armstrong from Queensland, Australia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VolTix. Contact: oarmstrong494@gmail.com.
2. The service
VolTix is a web-based dashboard providing options-flow analytics, exposure metrics, volatility analysis, regime classification, and AI-generated market-structure commentary, for educational and informational purposes only. See our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- VolTix is offered on a subscription basis: USD $39 per month or USD $390 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, which requires a valid payment method up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee.
- Beta participants using the BETA100 promotion receive 100% off for three months. At the end of the promotional period the subscription converts to the standard recurring fee unless cancelled.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- No refunds. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law, fees are non-refundable once a trial converts or a renewal is charged. You will retain access for the remainder of any period already paid.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish VolTix data or outputs without permission; share your account; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models; use the service unlawfully; or interfere with the service’s operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
VolTix, its software, design, content and analytics are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, internal purposes during your subscription. Market data remains the property of its respective providers.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VolTix. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
